  • What is ATOL and what does this mean to me?

    What is ATOL?


    ATOL (Air Travel Organiser's Licence) is a financial protection scheme operated by the UK's Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). It ensures that if a travel company ceases trading, customers will not lose their money or be stranded abroad.


    What Does ATOL Mean for You?


    Financial Protection: When you book a holiday that includes a flight with an ATOL-protected travel company, your money is protected. If the company goes out of business, you'll get a refund or, if you're already abroad, you'll be brought back home at no extra cost.

  • When do I get my flight tickets?

    You will receive your flight tickets as soon as they are issued/ticketed. Additionally, you will receive a booking confirmation via email within 48 hours of your booking.
